Parents Page
TEP understands the important role parents play in the decision your students will make when choosing a provider to study abroad. We believe parents are key to the overall success of their students experience abroad. You are an equal partner with your student in reviewing the value of a program when identified or chosen by your student. Concerns such as the health and safety of the destination, quality of the program, pre-departure preparation, and local support for your student once in-country will be addressed.

TEP program manager is available to parents, as well as to students. We strive to have a trustworthy relationship with both parents and students. We are committed to giving parents candid response to their questions and concerns regardless of how difficult the questions may be.

Our approach to designing all our programs is grounded in ethical principles and standards of best practice for education abroad. These standards are regularly reviewed and revised by the Forum for Education Abroad to reflect recent policies related to education abroad programs. Our staff received training in the best practices and standards expected of North American education abroad program providers and we’ve voluntarily comply with those standards as they apply to the programs we offer.

We encourage you to contact us directly with your questions or concerns at volunteer@studyinbelize.com.
