Single Pay
You can opt to pay the full program fee with a one-time payment and begin your global educational experience right away. Pay upfront and save money. Invoice will be sent after your electronic acceptance.
Monthly Installment Payment Plans
You can opt to pay your program fee in 3, 6, or 8 installments. The number of installments will depend on how early you are admitted to the program. Your final installment payment is due 30 days prior to the program travel date.

Withdrawal and Refund Timeline
Our withdrawal and refund policies reflect best practice and industry standards.
100 days prior to starting your program: 100% refund less 10% processing fee.
99 – 89 days prior to starting your program: 85% refund less 10% processing fee.
88 - 46 days prior to starting your program: 60% refund less 10% processing fee.
45 days or less prior to starting your program: no refund.

Admission Deferral Timeline
Life happens and sometimes derail our plans for studying abroad. When life unexpected events occur, Toucan Education Programs is here to help.
Students who are unable to participate in international programs administered by Toucan due to unforeseen circumstances are advised to discuss with us a deferral plan.
Notify us 120 days prior to the start of your program to make arrangements.
