Students using financial aid and Scholarships
can pay their full program fee directly to Toucan by wire transfer and ACH with no processing fees.
Payments processed by Stripe have an additional Stripe Processing Fee of 2.9% +30c for each transaction online.
Stripe offers several payment gateways for processing program fees using, Apple and Google Pay, Cash App, Bank Deposit, ACH, Credit and Debit Cards.
NB: Payment Deadline and Financial Aid
- Payment Due Date: Program fees must be paid in full 60 days before the program start date.
- Financial Aid & Scholarships: Students utilizing financial aid or scholarships should coordinate with student services to inform us of disbursement dates and preferred payment methods.

Our withdrawal and refund policies reflect best practices and industry standards.
100 days before starting your program: 100% of the program fee is refunded; less the 15% processing fee
99 - 89 days before starting your program: 80 % of the program fee is refunded; less the 15% processing fee
88 – 79 days before starting your program: 60% of the program fee is refunded; 15% less processing fee
60 days or less before starting your program: no refund
